ITIN

Itin was created by the IRS for people who are not eligible for social security number and allows them to file their taxes and include their dependents.
 
ADULTS (SPOUSE (A), parents, grandparents)
Passport or two of the following documents: (including at least one photo ID and an identification of your country):
 
- National identity card (must be current and include name, photograph, address, date of birth and expiration date)
- Driver license (US)
- Birth certificate (required for a dependent unless you present a passport)
- State Identification
- Voter registration card from your country
- Visa
 
Minnesota does not recognize the Free Union and therefore couples should be
Legally married or have started their relationship in another state that recognizes this union.
 
IDENTIFICATION EXAMPLES: ID or license of any state, voter registration card, certificate of citizenship, a primer military or a drivers license from another country.
 
CHILDREN UNDER 5:
Valid passport or birth certificate and immunization record.
 
SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN:

Passport or birth certificate and proof of RECENT STUDIES
 
OTHER DEPENDENT CHILDREN
Passport or two of the following documents: (including at least one photo ID and an identification of your country):
 
- Visa
- Photo identification of Citizenship and Immigration US
- Medical records (for dependents only)
- School records (for dependents and / or students only)
